The lovely Monica is a waitress at the Casa Maria Restaurant on Old St. Augustine Rd. Recommended by food and social critic KB Romig. The food is probably the best in Jacksonville. Along with 2 for 1 Wine and Margaritas ALL DAY LONG which makes the diners a fun and wonderful crowd, Monica's service and personality leaves me no choice but to give it.
